Session etiquette refers to the customs and courtesies that help sessions run smoothly and ensure everyone feels welcome, whether playing, listening or joining in for the first time.

Whether you're new to the tradition or a seasoned musician, your insight matters. The new podcast series entitled "In Tune With Tradition - Perspectives on Session Etiquette in Irish Traditional Music" will be officially launched by the first guest, Mairéad Ní Mhaonaigh of Altan, on July 6th at Scoil Samhraidh Willie Clancy, Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare, Ireland. The podcast aims to spark conversation that supports our vibrant community. The podcast will go live shortly before the official launch.
